It's a good bit larger (sized up properly for the Ender 3), and I've replaced the fiddly encoder shaft slot with one especially-designed to fit the Ender perfectly -- there's a bar that fits into the slot at the tip of the E3's encoder shaft. The shape of the wheel has been recreated from scratch -- the only part that is still derived from the Prusa encoder wheel is the dimple at the top. MAKE SURE that you can see the bar that catches the gap at the tip of the encoder shaft. If you can't see it in your slicer, then it won't print, and the wheel won't be able to turn the shaft…
