About this model
Being new to the GoPro world, I was used to mount my action cams with a simple thread. GoPro actually did a clever job with their foldable "things" to mount the camera, but I find it more "universal" with a thread, so I designed this adapter, which replaces the original part on the bottom of the GoPro Hero 8 Black. It bolts on just like the original part, you only need to insert a 1/4" UNC hexagonal nut into my adapter before attaching it to the GoPro, and voila ! You can now mount your GoPro on every standard tripod or suction cup. I sincerly don't understand why they haven't made this thing, but eh, GoPro, hit me up :') Print it with the flat bottom surface facing the bed of your printer, and supports inside the nut location. Infill 100% !
