If you can't stick the iron in the holes provided and keep burning the stand, then maybe you shouldn't even be using a soldering iron. 3/1/22 - Added a revised version New-Stand, the eyeball goes deeper into the base. Made the tip holes a bit smaller diameter and deeper.
