About this model
This is a clip to attach standard 20x20x1 in. furnace filters to a box fan. The clips are designed to work with the box fan pictured above. I wanted something that would have a more positive grip on the filter and the fan than some of the alternatives. There are hooks on either end that hold the clips securely onto the fan and filter. The fan design is available under multiple brands listed below. MERV12 filters have worked quite well for my space. The PM2.5 levels rapidly decline from more than 70 µg/m³ to less than 10 in around 20 minutes. Hook the bendy end onto the furnace filter, then hook the shorter end onto the front of the fan. Four clips, two on the bottom and one on either side provide plenty of support.
