About this model
Spending a lot more time at the range doing drills. Needed a simple, slim but secure solution for carrying extra mags and I love making stuff. This is the third iteration of this design with quite a few revisions for each. Can be printed with locking tabs for a secure fit, or without for smooth easy draw. This is a 2 piece print: main body shell and belt clip. All overhangs designed steeper than 45, so no support required. Print this exactly as-is for the best result. Version with tabs survives violent shaking fully loaded. Friction fit ones are fine with an empty mag but will lose a full mag if you run a lot. Works fine with either stock or Menendez mags. Parts join using a Hirth joint and a stainless M5 X 12 mm button head screw with a recessed Nyloc nut. Should thus be cross-compatible …
