About this model
I adapted flexure mechanism made by Amtech to Sapphire PRO printer. Thanks to author for initial design! I've made two version: For anti backlash nut and for the standard nut. Version for anti backlash nut will work in both cases, I would reccomend this desing. Only thing that it will reduce max Z of the working volume by 25 mm. For me it is not a problem, because I never printed part higher than 60 mm. In my case I didn't saw any improvements after this upgrade, but I think it is because I already have a flexible spring like coupling between motor shaft and lead screw. To mount all parts you will need 4 plastic inserts, 4 M3 and 2 M4 screws. Preassemble as on the photo and do not tight M3 screws at this stade.
