A Better Center & Tenon Marking Guide
Source: Thingiverse by IJoS
The A Better Center & Tenon Marking Guide is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by IJoS. Several years ago, I saw a center finding gauge based on parallel arms, but at $200-$450, I couldn't bring myself to do it. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.
About this model
Several years ago, I saw a center finding gauge based on parallel arms, but at $200-$450, I couldn't bring myself to do it. Now that I can, I decided to prototype my own. At some point, I will add an edge guide to this and probably a doweling attachment. The tenon marking template is 1/2", but I'm including the .STEP so you can make your own sizes. Sorry, but it's not currently parametric. All threads are ANSI (SAE) because that's the easiest threading for me to get.
