About this model
The original part was 0.5 too big in the outer diameter and wouldn't fit in the clamps on the mega. Also, it was too short as the original bearings were nearly twice as long. I printed them at 0.15mm layer height and they slid right on the rods. If they bind slightly, stick when you first try to move them, roll up some 100 grit sand paper and run it through them a few times until it slides smoothly without sticking. A drop or two of light machine oil should lubricate them. The machine is much quieter now. Those linear bearings tend to growl during fast travel moves and were just too annoying.
