I have made this improvement of the filament support for Ender 3 that uses the original thread and anchorage to make the extruder motor not so forcefully push the filament of the coil. I modified the size and the screw thread to improve its firmness since it was too long for the standard size and weight of the filament coils. You need 2 bearings type 608zz like these: Try to print them with a filling around 50% (to be resistant and weight bearing), and do not use supports for the area of the screw thread (they are not necessary).
