About this model
A laser cut circle cutting jig for use with a Dewalt DWP611 compact router. Designed for use with a 1/4" bit, ant can be cut from a 8"x10" piece of material. NOTE: The sizes listed on the jig are for the size of hole it will cut. To cut a solid circle, move the pivot up 2 holes to account for the 1/4" bit. (For example, to 10" circle, use 10 1/4" hole) I have test fit one cut from thin acrylic, and the holes align nicely, but I need to re-cut this using some thicker material. The thinner material does not allow the holes for the mounting screws to be counter sunk, and they stand proud of the surface. Counter sinking the holes will require the use of a drill. Until I cut a working one that I am happy with, I will be leaving this as a work in progress.
