About this model
I downloaded TJEmsley's remix of the original jig because I needed the arms for straight fletchings. I altered the base by moving the mount holes 0.5mm closer to the center. I shrunk the Jig arms by 19mm trying to get the 3" fletchings to fit perfectly and accidentally moved the fletching slots down closer to the base. The combination of these 2 changes worked out very well for repairing NASP Easton Genesis XX arrows with 3" fletchings. I then added 1mm of filament on the inside of the Jig clamp to make it tighter for when the fletchings dry. This was all done on Tinkercad, I made a lot of changes and multiple pieces before landing on this version.
