About this model
These earrings are in the shape of the Celtic Trinity Knot, also called the Triquetra. It is said to have had several meanings over the centuries. Most commonly it is said to represent the Holy Trinity, with or without the interwoven ring. The ring is said to represent never ending love, among other things. Most people just think it's a cool design. I printed it here with two different plastics, one opaque and one translucent. The opaque one shows off the interwoven appearance of the design better. But the translucent one is a UV reactive PLA that shines bright in sunlight or a blacklight. The model was optimized for printing with a 0.6mm nozzle, but a 0.3 or 0.4 would work just as good.
