About this model
This is an adapter that allows the JANSJÖ reading light to be used with the MALM bed head from Ikea. I bought both only to realise that the JANSJÖ clip is not wide enough to fit the MALM bed head! The bolt is split in two halves so you can print the thread cleanly. You will need to glue the handle and bolt parts together at the end. Print the bolt in the highest resolution. I found that initially you have to "work" the threaded hole as it can be tight, do this by tightening the bolt slightly then winding it back, do this repeatedly increasing the amount you do it up each time until you go all the way. Don't tighten too far as it can become jammed. I will consider revising the handle design as the size and radii make it difficult for me to grip.
