About this model
The case of my SD-card did break. Top and bottom separated, and the small bridges between electrical contacts did bend and finally broke off. I continued to still use the SD-card, but at some time it almost happened, that the small electronics-board of the SD-card was lost inside my laptop. So I decided to 3d-print a replacement case. The new case consist only of only one side, and the electronics-board is simply clipped into the designated slot. Fix it with a small piece of tape (or use super-glue) in order to prevent any unpleasant accident. Fusion 360 file:
