About this model
This is a minimal, low profile bracket for mounting an external battery pack to the steam deck. It holds on tight and doesn't slide sideways due to locator pins. The cooling ducts are left uncovered for proper airflow. I use an Anker 525 (PowerCore 20k) battery and have included a mounting bracket to fit that. It is not guaranteed to work with any other brand or model, however the modular system allows other battery mounts to be designed using the same attachment, as well as any other accessories you may want to use. The battery mount .STEP file has been included as a template. I would hope to build up a library of mounting brackets for the most popular battery pack options.
