AtomRC Dolphin Air Vent
Source: Thingiverse by Istale
The AtomRC Dolphin Air Vent is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by Istale. I mounted my VTX in the nose cone right behind the camera, so I designed an air vent that can be cut into the cone that will flow over the VTX. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.
About this model
I mounted my VTX in the nose cone right behind the camera, so I designed an air vent that can be cut into the cone that will flow over the VTX. But because I added a vent, I created a block for the existing canopy vent that fits rather perfectly. :) Print both on their side so that you get a smoother surface. If you print flat you get those ugly layer lines, but if you print on the side they are nice and smooth on the exposed surface. Tree type supports are needed for the air vent on its side. It will print without supports upright, just won't turn out as well. Check out the rear exhaust vent I made too here...
