About this model
This is my hand held battery operated foam cutter i made to sculpt my terrain pieces. the handle is designed to hold 2 pieces of M6 threaded rod that are bent is shape. using 4 nuts and 4 washers you can attach a length of nichrome wire. I used 28Ga since that is what i had. In the handle there is room to connect wires to each piece of M6 rod for power. The handle is held together by 4 M4x20mm bolts and nuts. The box is just an empty box that holds some li-ion batteries, a balance/charge board and a dc pwm speed controller. It has holes for the knob of a pwm board. a dc jack for charging and a aviation plug for he cutter itself.
