Jayco caravans are assembled inside out, meaning you cannot get to stuff behind many of the panels. This annoys the @#%! out of me ... but let's not get into that here. Solution? DESTROY stuff! :P For electrical upgrades to the van, I cut and ripped out (inaccessible screws!) some of the panels and converted them to nice removable versions. In the process, I (knowingly) cut through one of these plastic wonders. I mean, I have a 3D printer, right! :-) I've designed(?) a replacement 3D model for the one I "broke". Fusion 360 and STEP files included. Then I wanted a version with two of the holes smaller for self tapping screws. This allows me to screw the removable panel back in place, from the other side. Recommend using PETG, just because it can take a beating but most anything would do. SE…
