About this model
This is my take on adjustable feet for the Ikea Lack tables. In the interests of keeping it simple - these just bolt into the bottom - ideally via a brass insert You will need 4 x M8 bolts, nuts & washers (30mm bolts are ideal) 4 x M8 brass inserts like this - I used tee nuts, and they weren't great Then it should simply be a case of screwing in the inserts, assembling the feet and levelling your table to your hearts content!
