About this model
With my recent return to military and armoured fighting vehicle modelling, the need for a turntable was ever growing. The possibility to rotate the model while constructing or painting requires a solid base and the ability to turn the table top with one finger. I have came up with a simple, modular design with five 3D printed parts. The only 'real' piece needed is a lazy-susan type ball bearing available at most hardware and big box stores. I have designed the 'turntablelazysusancoupler.stl' part to fit a 3" ball bearing lazy susan hardware, but if you can't find that size, it is very easy to scale that part only to adjust it to what you have.
