About this model
A model of a 1920s "candlestick" phone. It's modeled to fit on a 1-inch PVC pipe for the stem. The hanger for the ear piece was formed with bent aluminum. I cut a channel for it in the top of the pipe with a hacksaw so it would fit just under the attachment for the mouth piece. The "cord" is a piece of thick rope tied inside of the ear piece and inside a small hole drilled into the pipe.
