More information at This is 3d printed CNC router, strongly inspired by MPCNC and MPCNC LowRider. I wanted to have rigid as possible machine, with larger z axis height, with equal power on X and Y axes. Most parts are 3d printed. Few of them (flat plates) are cutted by mpcnc from 6mm MDF. To build it you need M8 screws, m4 screws, M8 M4 nylon nuts, 608rs or 608zz bearings, m8 and m4 rods. I found best results in quality and durability of 3d printed parts by using PET-G filament. Tool mount is compatible with MPCNC tool mount Designed for 25mm rails As controller I use Arduiono Mega 2560, Ramps 1.4 with DRV8825 stepper drivers, 5 nema17 stepper motors 59 N-cm/83 oz-in. I added to marlin firmware menu two commands. G92 X0 Y0 Z0 which resets all coordinates and G92 Z0 which reset only Z axes …
