About this model
This is a new version of my original design. This particular design fits much better around the base and also has much improved battery compartment access, namely a sliding door on the very bottom. It's also not quite as deep as the original. Please be aware, that to use this new design, you have to modify the Flysky GT5 slightly, by trimming off the small tabs at the bottom that are used to hold the factory battery compartment access panel in place. You also need to drill four small holes into the bottom of the GT5, which are used to hold this battery compartment extender in place. I've included the original Fusion 360 design file. I'm not a professional CAD designer, so it's not perfect.
