About this model

The proper way to adjust the float on a Harley Davidson CV carburetor is to set the carb at an angle of 15 to 20 degrees. This wedge is at a 17.5 degree angle to give you a little play on either side of the spec. 20% infil is my normal amount but I'm sure you would be fine to print it at a very low infil because it doesn't take any pressure or anything.
