I encountered slippage issues between the 12V 7RPM spool winding motor's shaft and the PETG/PLA motor joint as the plastic was not strong enough to handle the torque and it would yield after a short period in a high friction system like mine. To counter this I added a slot for a ≤ø12mm 1.5mm thick washer to aid in pressure dispersal which has made a significant difference in the durability of the coupling as the flat side of the shaft is now pressed against the washer and not the soft plastic. 1x M3 nut and a
