About this model
I wanted a corner radius template for making nice rounded edges on woodworking projects. I saw a few, but didn't like them for one reason or another. I tend to make a lot of small projects and want something for the router table. I also wanted features to keep my fingers far away from the bit. I included a 1, 1.5, 2, and 2.5" radius. I am open to requests for other sizes. I have only used the 1" so far, but with excellent results. Printed in cheap PLA, it held up well to the bearing. If you do a lot of corners at once, the bit might get hot and melt the plastic template. If you are having issues, try a higher temp plastic. No support should be needed.
