About this model
The original box insert for Takenoko is actually really nice and functional. However, there are reasons I designed a custom insert: A) I use sleeved cards. I've seen some discussion on what size fits but in my hands the Mayday mini size (43 x 65 mm) works well albeit it's a super tight fit widthwise; B) I use Wozzeck's bamboo inserts for the bamboo sections and irrigation pipes; and C) I use the tile holders and irrigation pipes I designed myself ( Miraculously, everything still fits into the box! NOTE: @Lokachu pointed out to me that box of the first edition apparently has a different size than later ones. I don't know which one I have but I'm pretty sure it's not the first.
