About this model
Everyone knows that Tesla 21700 cells have an aluminium positive contact. As far as I know, there is no reliable way to solder or weld them into a battery pack. I designed this holder to make assembling a battery — from 1S1P up to 12S or 6S2P — easy and reliable. You can print one, two, or more boxes and connect them into a battery pack using 8 mm × 0.15–0.2 mm nickel strip, without any soldering or welding. You can combine different holders to achieve the battery configuration you need. The cells sit in place very snugly and maintain a good, consistent contact. I printed in PETG with a 0.5 mm line width. No supports required. IMPORTANT NOTES: When inserting a cell into the holder slot, do it quickly, as some sparking is possible.
