About this model
English Handle for the type 2 IEC 62196 connector (also called "Mennekes Connector") used for charging electric cars. I made this for the according inlay All things you need to print for the handle are collected in two files: * print_all_hard.stl and * print_all_soft.stl. The soft things (print using TPU) are used for the cable entry protection and as gasget. Everything else should be printet in a normal plastic. The original Mennekes connector uses PA6 (nylon). Everything is printed without support with 0.1mm layer height. Furthermore you need to print the inlay referenced above. You need 6 screws: * 2 for the cable strain relief (2,5mm, 15mm long) * 4 for screwing the halfes together (2,5mm, 18mm long) In case you need to (re-) print a specific part: files cantaining each part separately…
