About this model

Modified this fan shroud designed to accommodate the Microswiss dual gear direct drive extruder & hotend to fit the Ender 3 V2 or the Voxelab Aquila 3D printer. Recommended to print this in PETG filament but I suppose PLA filament would work in a pinch as long as the cooling fan is running. The Microswiss hotend does have a silicone sock on it so it could work with PLA. But like I mentioned, PETG would be best. This is the easiest fan shroud to print and uses the stock fans. Its an amazing design! NOTE: I modified the top inside fin of the original design to accommodate the design.
