About this model
Wanted my laptop to sit a bit higher and give me a little more room on the tabletop after seeing a friend's that he purchased. A bit small for the base of some laptops, but still works with my 15.6" Asus M509 (36 cm x 23.5 cm x 2.5 cm) despite being only 22 cm x 22 cm. Laptop sits about 9 cm up and angled up at 25° from the table. This can be used for tablets/e-readers, or books as well as a laptop. I initially planned on making straight connectors on the top like the base but needed more support toward the back; was limited by MINI's bed size so I added the extra circular and perpendicular beam. If your notebook/tablet/book/etc. is small enough you could get away with 4 of the regular connector pieces instead! No glue needed; however it wouldn't hurt if you have a hefty notebook or it han…
