(also refer to image) Catan with 5-6 player expansion: Print all pieces for Base Catan Also print 2x more port-left and 2x "CatanBorderFat". Not really pattern... but you can follow instructions on where ports should go or refer to images that I attached. Important note, at 100% size, it seemed like the pieces were going to be too tight, so I started printing some at 101% (if I had to guess I would say about 1/2 of them). Everything fits together pretty well and is not too loose.
