This is a One way valve deisgned to work with vinal tubing with an external diameter of 11 mm and an internal diameter of 6.5 mm, the sphere has a diameter of 7.1 mm. ISTRUCTIONS: - The Body of the valve is perfecly straight forward but be carefull because inside there are 45° overhangs and you have to have a printer which is capeable to deal with that. - The sphere has to be printed to the maximum resolution of your printer!! it is really critical, in my case I printed it with 0.05 mm layer height. Import 2 sphere in your slicer and then lower them into the build-plate by the radius (z offset = - radius / -3,55 mm) so that you end up printing to semi-sphere that you can glue together afterward with some CA glue.
