Dear All! This is my first attempt to thanks to others who also give there precious work for free. So I thought I should give also something back, maybe it will be useful for other people. In short, I desgined this molding in 3d, printed it from simple PLA so I could copy it from Aluminium using sandmolding, then finally I can pour to the Aluminium mold as much fishing Lead weights for one of my friends as I want. (I didn't design tolerance in the positioning, so minimal sanding is required, You can drill the holes a little bigger, that should work also.) One useful tip is to heat up the mold with a torch or somethting before pouring. (I also uploaded the mold of the mold so You can use it to pour High temp silicone or gypsum instead of using Aluminium, that way You can pour the Lead (or o…
