About this model
Here's the system I developed for creating tool mounts for standard 1" peg boards. Before creating this system I tried a number of different peg board mounts designed by others, but often had problems with the hooks breaking off. The issue was most often the print orientation required was not optimal for the strength of the hooks, which are much stronger when the plane of the hook is parallel to the print bed. My solution was to create a system where the hooks are printed separately and attached by sliding into a keyed slot in the mounts. This way the hooks can always be printed parallel to the plane of the bed. I've included the STLs of the mounts I've created for my tools. If these work for you great!
