About this model
It's an attempt to design a comforable replacement of original controller for legion go. After disassembling it, I noticed that front faceplate can be changed separately (it has originally a sharp edge in the palm area). Lenovo applies fillet ~2mm where spacing between PCB allows a fillet with radius 7,5mm which should theoretically spread the load on the hand. I am applying half fillet/chamfer to make it easier to print to not cause too much overhang like pure fillet would do. Video how to disassemble: Touchpad disassembly - very slowly soak edges with IPA and push out from the inside. To glue to new shell I have used LCD phone double-sided adhesive tape.
