I went on a quest to figure out how I was going to cover the vent from our IT closet into our gaming space. What I turned up was thing 5601349! What a fantastic remix of this dragon head. I printed it first at 30% scale to make sure it would work without supports. Spoilers: It didn't work. So, I supported the head at the back of the lower jaw and on each of the upper jaw teeth with tree supports to make sure they would be alright at larger scale. Then I printed them at 110%. If I'm honest the constriction for the fan is still too high at 110%, but I wasn't going to try again. I recommend you go bigger maybe 120-130% I'm including a template to mark holes on the wall and to test the depth of the fan duct.
