About this model
Build video: Inner skeleton and legs that can be used with a Mattel 11-inch (11") Plush The Child aka Grogu aka Baby Yoda. The skeleton is a custom design that I created after taking apart my first Mattel The Child. It is made to be used with 3mm armature wire sold on Amazon. The legs are modified from the project 842 legs found on this share: I modified the project 842 legs by cutting off the top flat, adding the hole for the 3mm armature wire, and then reducing the size to 85% of the original to match the slightly smaller Mattel size. BOM -- * 3mm Armature wire * Wire snips (to cut armature and cut off zip-ties) * 14" zip-ties (to re-install head) * 4" zip-ties (to re-install hand) * 9mm round magnet
