About this model
The Boeing 747. Iconic, beautiful, revolutionary. The 747-8 is the latest and most likely final revision of the "Jumbo Jet". This is my 3D printable rendition. 60 Versions, 8 months of on and off work, and many many hours of my inner perfectionist forcing me to rework every little detail. The fully assembled model is nearly 556mm (X) 622mm (Y) 150mm (Z), making this a 1:137 scale model. UPDATE 12/20/2018: I have now added gear to this model. To use the gear, you must print all parts with the word "gear" in the name. This consists of the left and right wing supporting structures, inner left and right wing sections, the gear assemblies themselves (there are 3 assemblies. The nose gear, which you only need 1 of, and the inner and outer rear gear bogies. You need 2 of each type of rear bogie.)…
