About this model
This thing is a case housing a USB-C power delivery board (XY12PDN) with a DC5525 adapter plug. A pin accesses the switch on the board to toggle between 5, 9, 12, 15 & 20V DC. The case is thinner on one location to see through the led color on the board/i.e. voltage selected. Closed with superglue but tight adjustment allows for assembly by friction only. Use as an adapter to run different stuff on the same USB-C.
