About this model
A representation of a Hudson Tipper truck for a G scale railway. This is the revised version(April 2014). The photo shows a rake of three with an LGB Stainz on 45mm track (one painted red, one "raw" white and one "raw" black"). Inspired to try this by (June) Revised the hub again (revised lowered hub.stl). This one lowers the frame by 2mm, making better coupling with standard lgb train. This hub still snaps on to the "revised frame", and uses the "Mk 2" wheels that fit 45mm gauge track better. There is a "revised hook f", that allows the tippers to couple, (simple chain looks better but is hard to get at). I used 3mm rod for the axle.(from a wire coat hanger suitably straightened).
