About this model
Dust collector design for 6040 cnc milling machine with 80mm spindle and 120mm diameter pipe. I made the dust collector from PET-G and I have been using it for half a year. Works great. Additional items: You need to buy a brush for the collector and attach it to the lower part. I did it by drilling holes and fastening it with wire. Both parts are fastened together with four M5 screws, 25 mm long. Use an M6 screw with a length of at least 30 mm for the clamp The collector is best made with the parameters for the greatest strength. I used 50% filling and 0.2 mm layer. Enjoy :)
