The model for the iPhone 15 Pro Max came from u/dpc Then using Tinkercad, I was able to create the case with cutouts for buttons, USB C port, and speakers. The case is a bit thick to accommodate the camera bump out and in the photos I do have a glass protector for both the screen and the camera bump out so literally it sits flush with the back of the case. I am hoping to make a few more cases with inlays using the case and will upload them as well. Thanks again to user "dpc" for providing the iPhone 15 ProMax model. The supports are for the cutouts as well as the upper lip area.
