About this model
This is a new Steam Deck stand that is inspired by the original dock design. Next to the variant for the 3D printer I provide another one that can be lasercut from 6 mm wood or acrylic. Personally, I keep the 3D-printed version at home – it looks great next to the TV – and the acrylic version I carry around in the charger compartment of the travelling case. Make sure to use the variant that matches your printer and/or laser cutter plus material. I provide a host of variants each: - The 3D version comes with different sizes of the profile where the Steam Deck fits in – each one with a tad of additional space. - The laser-cut variant comes with different kerf diameters. Also, if you would like to create your own variant or remix with different sizes or adjustments, I added the FreeCAD design…
