About this model
This is the second version of this project with a "fancier" bin and also the bin part is larger than the original. Since I'm a relative newcomer to CAD and OnShape, this V2 uses some further functions in the design software that I have discovered/learnt. This V2 bin uses the same mounting hardware as the original, so if you've already printed those 3 parts you don't need to reprint them. The original version can be found here: Removable bin, trash can, or storage for whatever you like, that clips onto the edge of your desk. Simply slides up off the bracket when it's time to be emptied. Designed with OnShape, you can copy the OnShape document from here if you want to mess around with the design (you'll need an OnShape account, but the good news... it's a CAD platform that's free for makers)…
