About this model
Had one of these suckers break on my Del Sol the other day so I whipped up this replacement. There is a knurled steel center from your old lever you will need to insert into the pivot for the lever. I found the best approach to getting the lever aligned was to put the nurled steel center onto the latch axle first then push fit the printed lever onto it. You can either put the cap on before or after inserting the lever onto the axle. I printed it up at .2mm layer height with 100% infill. I also print them with supports to give the visible surface the best finish. If you want to play around with the design here is the fusion file
