Thank you very much for TheGoofy's design. This is a good idea and an amazing job! My first time using Jayo PETG for printing, but the escapement mechanism refused to work and the fork always suddenly skipped multiple ratchet teeth and got stuck. Replacing the nozzle with a finer one and printing forks and ratchet wheels multiple times is not feasible, as stated in the comments. Based on my experience in designing other watches, I have redesigned the escapement mechanism, including the escape wheel, escape fork, balance wheel, and hairspring frame, which can work perfectly even when the spring is fully charged Here are 2 types of hairspring with different operating speeds, with thicker hairspring having a higher frequency Replace the faulty components directly.
