Was my first CAD project.As I was working on a design that needed a flexible connection I thought I create one.The screws are not exact standard measures but work for this model.I battled with the size of the inner ball but eventually got it to fit just tight enough without any sanding necessary. Although depending on your printer and filament used you might have to do some slight sanding of the ball anyway.I put pins in to hold the head together by their friction in order to be later able to take it apart again but you can glue the main pieces together for a permanent hold.The pins might need ever so slight sanding. (if you take the pins out again don't pull on them as the will break, rather push them out!)I used 50% infill only because I wanted it more sturdy.The build is easy. Watch the…
