About this model
Dremel router jig for the following: -Door hinge cut-outs -Door latch cut-out -Door latch 1" hole -Door handle hole (60mm in) The jig suits a standard 35mm door but note that some doors are 1 - 2mm smaller so some shims may need to be made to suit your door. All these are standard sizes in Australia, maybe other countries too but not sure. The standard Dremel router attachment can't be used so I have designed a new one with a Ø80mm base that allows it stay flat on the jig the whole time. Also added handles to the router attachment. This jig suits the following router bit - The base of the jig works as a good door stand also, some of the initial tests prints I did came in good use as you can see in one of the pictures.
