The Echo dot Bender cover is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by Jonboyt. I got sick of seeing the little hockey puck so looked for an interesting cover but there aren't many around so came up with this, may do some others to follow. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.
About this model
I got sick of seeing the little hockey puck so looked for an interesting cover but there aren't many around so came up with this, may do some others to follow. Update - added the eyes, looks way better (they just glue on top) *Update 2 - New base with 3 rows of teeth to closer match the futurama version, beware the supports on this are a pain to remove It seems to still hear me ok and the sound is a little better and not muffled. feel free to remix. I am planning on doing some light tubes to guide the blue up to the eyes better as at present it only really works when your at the right angle The head is originally from this rather fine model -
